Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
Active Lightspeed O-Series account
Active POS Hub Location
Setup Guide

Install Lightspeed O-Series Application
1-2 minInstall the app from POS Hub
- From your POS Hub account, navigate to the location where you want to install the Lightspeed O-Series application
- Click on the APPS tab
- Select Point of Sale and locate the Lightspeed O-Series application
- Click on the Install button

Authenticate with Lightspeed
2-3 minConnect your Lightspeed account via OAuth
- You will be redirected to the Lightspeed login page
- Enter your Lightspeed credentials to log in
- After logging in, you will be asked to grant permission for POS Hub to access your Lightspeed account
- Click Allow to grant permissions
- You will then be presented with a location selection screen
- Select the Lightspeed Location that you want to connect with the POS Hub location

Select Site and Configure
3-5 minChoose your site and set up payment methods
- After granting access, you will be redirected back to the Lightspeed application within POS Hub
- The application will display a list of your Lightspeed sites
- If you have only one site, it will be automatically connected
- If you have multiple sites, select the site you want to connect

Configure Payment Methods
2-3 minMap payment methods between systems
- Once a site is connected, you will be prompted to configure payment methods
- Map the payment methods from Lightspeed to the corresponding payment methods in POS Hub
- Available POS Hub payment types: CASH, CARD, OTHER
- Click Save to apply payment method configuration

Sync Menu
5-10 minImport your catalog from Lightspeed
- After configuring payment methods, click the Sync Menu button
- This will import your catalog from Lightspeed to POS Hub
- Wait for the synchronization to complete
- A confirmation message will appear once the sync is complete
