Before you begin, ensure you have:

Active Lightspeed O-Series account

Active POS Hub Location

Setup Guide

Install Lightspeed O-Series Application

Install the app from POS Hub

1. From your POS Hub account, navigate to the location where you want to install the Lightspeed O-Series application
2. Click on the APPS tab
3. Select Point of Sale and locate the Lightspeed O-Series application
4. Click on the Install button

Authenticate with Lightspeed

Connect your Lightspeed account via OAuth

1. You will be redirected to the Lightspeed login page
2. Enter your Lightspeed credentials to log in
3. After logging in, you will be asked to grant permission for POS Hub to access your Lightspeed account
4. Click Allow to grant permissions
5. You will then be presented with a location selection screen
6. Select the Lightspeed Location that you want to connect with the POS Hub location

Select Site and Configure

Choose your site and set up payment methods

1. After granting access, you will be redirected back to the Lightspeed application within POS Hub
2. The application will display a list of your Lightspeed sites
3. If you have only one site, it will be automatically connected
4. If you have multiple sites, select the site you want to connect

Configure Payment Methods

Map payment methods between systems

1. Once a site is connected, you will be prompted to configure payment methods
2. Map the payment methods from Lightspeed to the corresponding payment methods in POS Hub
3. Available POS Hub payment types: CASH, CARD, OTHER
4. Click Save to apply payment method configuration

Sync Menu

5-10 min

Import your catalog from Lightspeed

1. After configuring payment methods, click the Sync Menu button
2. This will import your catalog from Lightspeed to POS Hub
3. Wait for the synchronization to complete
4. A confirmation message will appear once the sync is complete
