Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

Active Lightspeed K-Series account

Active POS Hub Location

Setup Guide

Install Lightspeed K-Series Application

Install the app from POS Hub

1. From your POS Hub account, navigate to the location where you want to install the Lightspeed K-Series application
2. Click on the APPS tab
3. Select Point of Sale and locate the Lightspeed K-Series application
4. Click on the Install button

Authenticate with Lightspeed

2-3 min

Connect your Lightspeed account via OAuth

1. You will be redirected to the Lightspeed login page
2. Enter your Lightspeed credentials to log in
3. After logging in, you will be asked to grant permission for POS Hub to access your Lightspeed account
4. Click Allow to grant permissions
5. You will then be redirected back to the POS Hub application to continue the setup

Select Store and Configure

Choose your store and accounting group

1. After granting access, you will be presented with a list of your Lightspeed K-Series stores
2. Select the store you want to connect and click Submit
3. Next, you will be asked to choose an Accounting Group
4. Select the appropriate group and click Submit

Sync Catalog

5-10 min

Synchronize your menu from Lightspeed

1. Once connected, you will see the store details
2. Select a menu and click Sync Catalog
3. You can enable or disable auto-sync for the menu
4. Wait for the catalog synchronization to complete

Additional Notes

• To disconnect the integration, check the confirmation box and click Disconnect
• Auto-sync can be enabled to automatically synchronize menu changes from Lightspeed
