Valid business verification with Foodhub

Active POS Hub Location

Setup Guide

Install Foodhub App

Navigate to the marketplace apps section in POS Hub

1. Navigate to the Location within POS Hub you wish to integrate
2. Navigate to the Apps tab and Install the Foodhub app

Authenticate with Foodhub

Connect your Foodhub merchant account via OAuth

1. Within the Foodhub app, click Connect to begin the onboarding
2. You will be redirected to the Foodhub merchant login page
3. Log in with your Foodhub merchant credentials
4. Grant permissions to connect your account
5. You will be redirected back to POS Hub

Verify Connection

Confirm that the integration is properly configured

1. Verify your store details appear correctly
2. Check that menu sync status is active
3. Confirm your operating hours and service areas are correct

Test Integration

Place a test order to verify end-to-end functionality

1. Place a test order through Foodhub
2. Verify the order appears in POS Hub
3. Test order status updates
4. Confirm order notifications are working
