Setup Guide

Create Epos Now API Credentials

Enable and configure API access in Epos Now

1. Navigate to the Epos Now App Store
2. Install the "API" app (charges may apply) or contact your Epos Now account manager
3. Once API feature is enabled, click Setup on the API app
4. Click on the Create API Device button
5. Enter a name for the API device and click Create
6. Save the API credentials for the next step

Install Epos Now POS Application

Install and configure the app in POS Hub

1. From your POS Hub account, navigate to the location where you want to install Epos Now
2. Click on the APPS tab
3. Locate the Epos Now POS application and click Install
4. Enter the API credentials you created in Step 1
5. Click Save to complete the installation

Configure Integration Settings

Customize integration settings and finalize setup

1. You should see a configuration window with integration settings
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure the Epos Now POS application
3. Once configuration is complete, click Save to apply the changes
4. Close the configuration window and click Save to finalize
