Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

Active Clover POS account

Active POS Hub Location

Setup Guide

Install Clover POS Application

Navigate to the POS section in POS Hub and install Clover

1. From your POS Hub account, navigate to the location where you want to install the Clover POS application
2. Click on the APPS tab
3. Select Point of Sale and locate the Clover application
4. Click on the Install button

Authenticate with Clover

Connect your Clover account via OAuth

1. You will be redirected to the Clover login page
2. Enter your Clover credentials to log in
3. After logging in, you will be asked to grant permission for POS Hub to access your Clover account
4. Click Allow to grant permissions
5. You will then be redirected back to the POS Hub application page

Configure Integration

2-3 min

Set up catalog sync and verify connection

1. Once connected, you will see the store details
2. You can now sync your catalog by clicking Sync Catalog
3. Wait for the catalog synchronization to complete
4. Verify your menu items appear correctly in POS Hub

Additional Notes

• To disconnect the integration, click Disconnect from the Clover app page in POS Hub
• Your Clover POS is now connected and orders from your connected marketplaces will be sent directly to your Clover system
