Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

Active Grubhub merchant account

Active POS Hub Location

Setup Guide

Install Grubhub App

Navigate to the marketplace apps section in POS Hub

1. Navigate to the Location within POS Hub you wish to integrate
2. Navigate to the Apps tab and Install the Grubhub app

Sign in with Grubhub

Authenticate your Grubhub merchant account via OAuth

1. Within the Grubhub app, click "Sign In with Grubhub" to begin onboarding
2. You will be redirected to the Grubhub merchant login page
3. Log in with your Grubhub merchant credentials and grant permissions
4. You will be redirected back to POS Hub, now authenticated with Grubhub

Select store

Choose which Grubhub location to connect to this POS Hub Location

1. POS Hub lists the Grubhub locations eligible to connect for this account
2. Select the store you want to link, then click "Connect this store"

Publish menu

Select and publish your menu to Grubhub

1. Choose the menu you want to publish from the Select Menu dropdown
2. Optionally set a Price Hike Percentage to mark up prices for Grubhub orders
3. Optionally enable Price Roundoff to round marked-up prices
4. Click PUBLISH to send your menu to Grubhub for ingestion

Activating

5-10 min

Grubhub activates the integration once your menu is live

1. Menu ingestion runs asynchronously on Grubhub's side; this page updates automatically as it progresses
2. Once ingestion succeeds, activation is triggered automatically
3. If activation doesn't confirm automatically, use "Retry Activation" on this step

Configuration

After completing the onboarding process, you can configure the following settings from the Grubhub app in POS Hub:

• Price Hike Percentage: Mark up prices for items published to Grubhub, set as a percentage during menu publish
• Price Roundoff: Round marked-up prices when a Price Hike Percentage is applied
• Store Status: Toggle your store Online or Offline on Grubhub to control whether it can accept new orders
• Republish Menu: Select a different menu and publish again at any time to update what's live on Grubhub

Disconnecting the Integration

If you need to remove the Grubhub integration, click Request Disconnect from the Grubhub app in POS Hub and confirm. Once Grubhub confirms the disconnect, orders will no longer be sent to your connected POS.
