Setup Guide

Install Grubhub App

Navigate to the marketplace apps section in POS Hub

1. Navigate to the Location within POS Hub you wish to integrate
2. Navigate to the Apps tabs and Install the GrubHub app.

Authenticate with Grubhub

Connect your Grubhub merchant account via OAuth

1. Within the GrubHub app, click Connect to begin the onboarding
2. You will be redirected to the GrubHub merchant Login page
3. Log in with your Grubhub merchant credentials
4. Grant permissions to connect your account
5. You will be redirected back to POS Hub

Verify Connection

Confirm that the integration is properly configured

1. Verify your store details appear correctly
2. Check that menu sync status is active
3. Confirm your operating hours are correct

Test Integration

Place a test order to verify end-to-end functionality

1. Place a test order through Grubhub
2. Verify the order appears in POS Hub
3. Test order status updates
4. Confirm delivery tracking works
