Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

Active DoorDash merchant account

Active POS Hub Location

Appropriate permissions on DoorDash account

Setup Guide

Install DoorDash App

Navigate to the marketplace apps section in POS Hub

1. Navigate to the Location within POS Hub you wish to integrate
2. Navigate to the Apps tab and Install the DoorDash app

Authenticate with DoorDash

Connect your DoorDash merchant account via OAuth

1. Within the DoorDash app, click Connect to begin the onboarding
2. You will be redirected to the DoorDash merchant login page
3. Log in with your DoorDash merchant credentials
4. Grant permissions to connect your account
5. You will be redirected back to POS Hub

Publish Menu

Publish a menu to DoorDash to activate the integration

1. Navigate to the Menu section in POS Hub
2. Select the menu you want to publish to DoorDash
3. Click Publish and select DoorDash as the target platform
4. Wait for the menu to be processed and synced

Test Integration

Place a test order to verify end-to-end functionality

1. Place a test order through DoorDash
2. Verify the order appears in POS Hub
3. Test order acceptance and status updates
4. Confirm delivery tracking works correctly
