Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

Active Deliveroo merchant account

Access to Deliveroo Restaurant Hub

Active POS Hub Location

Setup Guide

Get Your POS Hub Location ID

Navigate to the Deliveroo integration page in POS Hub

1. Navigate to the Deliveroo integration page in POS Hub
2. Copy your POS Hub Location ID from the integration page
3. This unique identifier will be used to connect your POS system to Deliveroo

Keep this Location ID handy as you'll need it in Step 6

Access Deliveroo Restaurant Hub

Log in to Deliveroo Restaurant Hub

1. Go to Deliveroo Restaurant Hub (restaurant-hub.deliveroo.net)
2. Log in with your Deliveroo merchant credentials
3. Ensure you have the necessary permissions to manage integrations

Navigate to POS Integration Settings

Access the POS integration section

1. In the Deliveroo Restaurant Hub, select Integrations from the sidebar
2. Click on Till (POS) from the settings menu
3. This section manages your point-of-sale system integrations

Connect Your Sites

Start the integration process

1. Click "Connect Sites" to start the integration process
2. This will open the integration marketplace where you can find POS systems
3. You'll see a list of available POS integrations

Find POS Hub Integration

Select POS Hub from the integration marketplace

1. In the "Which POS system do you use?" section, search for "POS Hub"
2. Select "POS Hub (Middleware)" from the available options
3. Ensure you select the correct integration that matches your setup

Enter Your Location ID

Connect your site with the POS Hub Location ID

1. Find and check the site(s) you want to connect
2. In the "Site location ID" field for each site, enter your POS Hub Location ID
3. Double-check that the ID is entered correctly (it should be a long alphanumeric string)

Make sure to enter the exact Location ID copied from POS Hub. Any typos will prevent successful integration

Configure Menu Updates

Enable menu synchronization

1. In the "Do you want to update your menus through your till, too?" section
2. Tick the "Yes – I'll update my menu through my till (POS)" option
3. This enables automatic menu synchronization between your POS and Deliveroo

Connect Your Menu

Establish the menu connection

1. Select "Connect your menu" to proceed
2. You will be shown your Brand ID - this confirms the connection is established
3. Note down this Brand ID for reference

Publish Your Menu

5-10 min

Push your menu to Deliveroo

1. Publish your menu to Deliveroo following the standard menu publishing process from POS Hub
2. Ensure your menu includes images - menus without images will not publish successfully
3. Wait for the menu to be processed and approved

If you do not have an image set for your menu, edit it to include one. Your menu will otherwise not publish to Deliveroo

Verify Menu Status

Confirm menu was successfully published

1. Go back to the Integrations page on the Deliveroo Restaurant Hub
2. Select the "Check menu status" button
3. This will confirm if the menu has been successfully pushed to Deliveroo

Connect Orders

Enable order synchronization

1. Select the "Connect your Orders (POS)" button
2. Your account is now successfully linked
3. All new orders will be received by POS Hub

Validate Integration in POS Hub

Complete the integration setup

1. Return to POS Hub and navigate to the Deliveroo integration page
2. Click "Integration Complete" to validate the connection
3. POS Hub will verify the integration by fetching your Brand ID from Deliveroo
4. Upon successful validation, you'll see a confirmation message

Configuration

After completing the onboarding process, you can configure the following settings:

• Menu Sync Settings: Enable automatic menu synchronization to keep your Deliveroo menu up-to-date
• Pricing Options: Configure price adjustments, markups, or round-off options for Deliveroo orders
• Order Settings: Set up order routing, notifications, and acceptance rules
• Store Hours: Manage availability schedules and special hours
• Workload Management: Configure busy and quiet time settings to optimize order flow
• Item Availability: Real-time item availability updates to prevent out-of-stock orders
